NOTE: we are aware that some of the webcams below are offline. This is for a variety of reasons from storm damage to website changes. We are working through all of our Lake District UK webcams and hope to have the whole page updated very shortly. We also have several new Lake District webcams to add over the next few days (May 10th 2022)

Windermere webcams

North Lake District webcams near Keswick

The first three North Lakes webcams in this section show live feeds. These are the Bassenthwaite lake webcam from Armathwaite Hall Hotel, the Derwentwater webcam from Lingholm Estate and the Bassenthwaite Lake webcam from Bassenthwaite Sailing Club. All the other North Lakes UK webcams show frequently updated static images.

The Manesty webcam is currently offline so has been removed from the Lake District UK webcams page. We’ll return it to the page when it’s back up and running again.

South Lake District webcams near Windermere

Live feed from the Little Langdale webcam and static images that update every few seconds or minutes from the Coniston and Ambleside webcams. Sadly, the Lake District webcam at Grasmere is no more.

Ullswater webcams

A live video feed is shown on the Ullswater webcam at the Inn on the Lake. The other two UK webcams are static images. Ullswater is the second largest lake in the Lake District and England and is near Penrith.

West Lakes webcams

The Walney Island webcam, in south west Cumbria, is probably the best piece of “kit” on this page with zoom, pan and sweep live video UK webcam feed. The Ravenglass webcam is “almost” live. The Wasdale webcam is the only Lake District webcam showing the western fells that we know of.
