Staying Calm When Things Go Wrong
When things go wrong in our life and we encounter difficult situations, we tend to regard the situation itself as our problem, but in reality whatever problems we experience come from the mind. Therefore, if we want to be happy all the time and to be free from problems, we must develop and maintain a peaceful mind, which can be done through meditation.
Suitable for everyone, these classes focus on how to meditate and use Buddhist understanding to solve daily problems.
Each class will consist of two guided meditations, and a talk with an opportunity for questions, followed by light refreshments.
