Meditation Class in Grange-Over-Sands
BECOME THE PERSON YOU WANT TO BE!
We can all be the person we want to be. To do this, we simply need to create some mental space and examine what mental habits are holding us back and learn how to create positive ones. These classes will explore how we can awaken our limitless potential for loving kindness, compassion, patience and wisdom through meditation. By engaging in these practical meditation techniques, we can truly become the person we want to be.
Suitable for everyone, these classes focus on how to meditate and use Buddhist understanding to solve daily problems.
Each class will consist of guided meditation, and a talk with an opportunity for questions, followed by light refreshments in the peaceful environment of the Temple.
