Fell Foot Circuit training for beginners
A 60-minute outdoor session for those interested in improving their fitness.
It’s an ideal class for those wanting to tone up, lose weight and improve stamina, with the added bonus of being in beautiful surroundings. The class will be tailored to the needs of the group on the day, and will be indoors in the Active Base is the weather is wet.
Price includes entry to the Active Base changing rooms, which have showers and secure lockers.
Please meet in the main car park, by the pay and display machine. Arrive 15 minutes before the start of the session, as participants will need to complete a mandatory health and safety form.
