Creating Joy 2019

Creating Joy is our annual woodland micro-fest retreat. In our 22 acre woodland, we want to keep it intimate and with a wild camping feel. We have that festival vibe without the festival nutters. We call it a retreat because we really are escaping from the world, for a long weekend, to feed our souls.

The weekend event runs from Friday 23rd August to 11 am Monday 26th August.

At Following the Joy, we do everything with the objective of creating joy. Throughout the year we run workshops at our Lancashire studio – from crafting workshops to ‘woowoo’ workshops – we cover anything that brings us joy and we hope will bring you joy. Its definitely all about the joy!

This weekend is a culmination of all that we do – in a beautiful woodland with beautiful people. It surely is a soul food experience.

In the evening, bbq’s lit, campfire time with some campfire songs and awesome performers – plus open mic- sharing talents and workshop highlights.
