Church Beck Ghyll Scramble in Coniston
Two sessions to choose from: 9am to 12pm or 1pm to 4pm
One of our more aquatic ghyll scrambles. This hidden gem is situated just a stone’s throw from the village of Coniston. This ghyll is a truly unique environment – its picturesque nature, the sounds and feel of rushing water is something that will stay with you forever.
In its tree covered steep gorge walls, you will take the plunge into crystal clear pools and scramble your way up rocky waterfalls. This ghyll has it all!! Deep pools, jumps, scrambles, climbs and slides.
Our expert guides know the ghyll’s intimately and will tailor the day to your group offering up loads of fun challenges along the way. All the challenges, jumps, pools and climbs are optional.
Meeting point: Coniston Old Station Car Park, Coniston, LA21 8HU
Price: £52 pp plus a £6 private landowner’s fee.
Duration: 3 hrs
