With a collection of several hundred animals, a day out at Trotters Animal Farm will give
you an opportunity to see both domestic and more exotic animals, many in natural open enclosures.
There are lively lemur troops, giant bison from the American plains, gibbons, zebra, deer, highland cattle, and birds of prey, as well as rabbits, guinea pigs, and a variety of snakes. |
Set in 25 acres, there is plenty to see, including falconry displays, and talks about the more exotic animals, with feeding of the animals taking place several times each day. There are pony rides, tractor rides, and an adventure playground.
Picnic and rest areas are provided, and there is a restaurant and shop.
