The Moot Hall, in Keswick Market Square, was built in 1813, and has an unusual one-handed clock. It now contains the Tourist Information Centre on the ground floor, and an art gallery above.

The TIC provides information on what to see and do, entertainments and events, places of interest, travel and transport, and where to stay. It has information on local accommodation, and provides a free local booking service for personal callers.

The Keswick Tourism Association, who are based in the Town Council Buildings, have their own internet site at www.keswick.org.
