'Crook - Old Church Tower'

Crook - St Old Church tower.

Near the village of Crook is the tower of what was the manor chapel for Crook Hall. It served the people from the 16th to the end of the 19th century. It dates from about 1620, with the bell openings and parapet looking Jacobean.

St Catherine's Church in the village of Crook was built in 1887, but retains a 14th century bell from the earlier church.
