Canoes and kayaks come in all shapes and sizes and the one for you can all be down to personal preference. There are a wide variety of providers in Cumbria with a trip or session suited to you, whether you want a skill based training day, play lots of games or even spend a night under the stars on a paddling expedition.
 
With a highly experienced and qualified instructor previous experience is not required and you will be provided with all safety equipment when heading out with a guide.
